The Earth Is Not a Trash Can

When I started this blog 2.5 years ago, I initially showed items like this cola can. I’m still amazed that the message of recycling cola cans is ignored, especially along neighborhood streets. This cola can was photographed this week just a block from my house.
I rarely drink colas of any kind. Finally the public is being made aware of high fructose corn syrup used to sweeten colas are making us fat. Recently in Scotland, I drank a Coca-Cola and immediately noticed that it tasted different from the last cola I drank  in the States. There was no high fructose corn syrup listed as an ingredient.
